Hi, I'm Kishan.
I'm Kishan Ashok Thorat. Single-founder, full-stack engineer based in Belagavi, Karnataka. I design the multi-tenant schemas, ship the AI-powered APIs, harden the infrastructure, write the orchestration, and answer support emails for all three KodSpot platforms. No hand-offs.
KodSpot exists because the operations layer of physical businesses in India is paper, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp. The teams running housekeeping, electrical, and guest services deserve AI-powered operational intelligence that respects their time, bandwidth and compliance obligations. We're building platforms, not just software.
We're a registered sole proprietorship on the Udyam registry: UDYAM-KR-04-0179635. Micro Enterprise · Services, incorporated 01 Feb 2026. All infrastructure in India. All customer data stays in India. Privacy and compliance by default.

Operations is everything
India runs on physical operations — beds, rooms, panels, kitchens. Software for those teams must work on a 4G phone in a corridor, not on a 4K monitor in a co-working space.

Multi-tenant from day one
A SaaS that isn’t multi-tenant from the schema up will rewrite itself in 18 months. We do the harder thing first.

AI with a budget
Most "AI features" are SQL queries with extra steps. We answer first with SQL, then with LLMs, and always with a token cap.

Compliance is a feature
DPDPA-aligned retention, audit logs, and encrypted PII aren’t a checkbox — they’re what makes a platform trustable for healthcare and hospitality.
