By using KodSpot, you agree to these terms. KodSpot is operated by Kishan Thorat (Sole Proprietor), Belagavi, Karnataka, India.

What KodSpot does

KodSpot is a hosted platform that lets restaurants and hotels create and share a digital menu via a unique link. We handle the hosting, storage, and delivery of your menu.

Your account

• You get a 14-day free trial when you sign up.
• After the trial, your account status depends on your chosen plan and payment.
• Keep your login PIN secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Plans & payments

• Starter: ₹499/month — 150 unique visitors/day, 4 themes
• Standard: ₹999/month — 500 unique visitors/day, 8 themes
• Pro: ₹1,499/month — Unlimited visitors, all 15 themes, no branding

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you will need to manually make a payment to continue your plan after it expires. We will notify you before your subscription expires. If payment is not received, your account may move to a grace period and then expire.

Your content

• You own the menu content (names, descriptions, images) you upload.
• By uploading, you give us permission to host and display it publicly as part of the service.
• Don’t upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on someone else’s rights.

What we’re responsible for

We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe. However, KodSpot is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any losses from downtime, data loss, or bugs.

Account suspension

We may suspend your account if you violate these terms, use the service for illegal purposes, or fail to pay after the grace period.

Ending your account

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us. We will remove your data within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

Data Fiduciary

KodSpot acts as a Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We process your personal data only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Belagavi, Karnataka.
